How long does it take for a territory’s progress bar to refresh? I just won 3 games on the U.S.S. Reagan, the war just started, but the bar is still neutral.

Another thing: I just connected to a British player, and then I got dropped from 2 follow-up games. Connecting to the lobby with the "session searching" text is taking longer than usual.

What is going on with the servers?

It is every 30 minutes it refreshes.
You are not the only one playing people will lose.
Its not just your score that matters it everyone who played

That's not exactly it, it used to be instantly updated every time a battle ended. But they added a 30 minute delay for the results to be counted in a effort to curb cheating...somehow.

bull. i need to see proof

the patch didn't curb dashboarding

and delays don't curb cheating. people still dashboard and boost, and there's nothing that can stop them

There is no proof.

They just did it so they could say they fixed cheating, then masked the scores with % instead of real numbers so no one would see the large shifts caused by cheating.

And declan that's the 3 minute rule, and all it does is slow down that kind of cheaters, and create a whole new brand of cheaters who leave the match in under 3 minutes when they start to loose so it doesn't count against their side.

Like all the euros are doing right now at paris...
