If one side is granted access to the WMD, the opposing side should never have access to their WMD until the deficit side fires their WMD. As in, if in Conquest mode, DEFCON is triggered, the winning side should never have access to their WMD until the opposition fires it. WMD control should not be granted for the winning side under any circumstances until the losing side launches their WMD, even if reserves run low. Those are best reserved for Assault gametypes.

I’m sick of having access to a WMD and thinking I’m safe, then having the opposition drop his WMD on me from seemingly nowhere!

How can you justify to me the opposition getting first-strike capability when I was thrown into deficit DEFCON and granted first-strike ability? This contradicts everything we have been told about the idea that those losing get WMD access first, and the opposition can never fire their WMD until the losing side fires!

then you justify to me how i can be granted first-strike capability, but the opposition can then drop their WMD on me in the same game when I'm granted authority to fire the first shot
