This has happened 4 times to me, 2 twice during 2v2 when my partner quit, and again when one opposition quit.

also happened twice during 1v1, the opposition quit.

I play on the PS3. I have played the Ronald Reagen map twice today. No one quit out, we played to completion. But when I returned to TOW, no credits added and my units did not get their promotions. I also had this happen on the Rondane map once today. And I have not gotten paid on about 6 other matches on all the various maps, but in those the opponents quit out. This occured Dec 18th turn 45.

same here. Today i played around 10 Matches and did not get 1 CR. Most went fine (= no leavers) My PSN is oxygenx.

Map USS Reagan, 2 Games in a row, I recieved NO CR, after losing both times.

Conquest 1 v 1; I was playing EuroFed

Game 1, I evacuated 1 remaining unit (Command Vehicle after approx 15 mins of play. (1 unit Killed) I was supposed to get approx 117k units

Game 2 Same map, same setup. I played until all units on field anihilated 2 units Killed. CR were supposed to be approx 157k. Game lasted approx 20 mins

2 1v1 games on Wilstermarsch today. the first one the opponent quit the second was won by annihilation. no credits from both (250,000 each)

and both the wins weren't counted in the rankings.

I have won 4 battles in a row where my opponents have played until the end and I havent received the CR points (over 500,000)

Can the devs give me the points I am owing or give assurances that this will not happen again, and I also speak for others here, I will stop playing the game and not buy ubisoft titles in the future, this has destroyed my faith in the brand

Yea man **** do you know how hard it is to make money on this game. not to mention all the people with full upgrades that you win against and then to find out that it was all for nothing. I am frustrated to the max right now. No point in playing till its patched GG

I earned 271,000 credits once and the players didn't qiut, I never got them...

I'm looking into this now. This is the result of a server migration (I just learned about it). I'll make a general post regarding what action we'll take as soon as I get confirmation on what we can do for everyone who played last night but did not get their matches recorded due to the migration.

As of 12/21/08 it is still a problem. I won 3 games tonight and 0 credits because someone quit on the other team......I am thinking I am owed for my 2 hours?

credits is not as important as not getting promotions youve been waiting forever for this is ridiculous

This situation has happened to me so many times that I stopped counting... however I was under the impression that credits were not received when & if any player drops out within the initial 3 minutes of game play. Can someone confirm whether this is accurate information? I have stopped calculating the amount of credits & promotions I have been awarded, in the details screen after an on-line battle, due to the frequency of the occurrences and confusion of the rules. I am frustrated that I am shown that I made achievements then go to my barracks and discover that I have received nothing and that I just wasted my time.

the bug is random i sometimes get all the stuff sometimes only cresits sometimes only promos

this isnt exactly a not recieving credits thing here but i just want to say that yesterday when i first started playing early in the day i won 4 games and the first game told me i had my command vehicle promoted but it didnt register in the barracks and it was a legit win i even got the credits then the next game it said my riflemen got promoted once again it didnt show up in the barracks again a legitimate win the for the third time it said my tanks and transports on my next win got promoted but again these promotions did not register in the barracks until after i played and won my next game where once again it said they got promoted and from then on i got my promotions but my command vehicle and my riflemen still never recieved their promtions and to be frank it ****ed me off because i switched battallions because a 1star tank of mine mysteriously disappeard and ive been working hard for my promotions and its frustrating when two legitimate promotions did not show up in the barracks

i plan on putting this comment in as many technical support threads as possible in the time that i have. i am sick of this game now after loving it even with all the issues in the game that have still gone unfixxed since its release. for the past 4 days i have had units get kia'd in a game where there is an AI commander which is fine but the thing that is out of whack and completely f'd up is that the KIA's count. but the money, and the unit promotions dont? that is the biggest corck of bull ive ever heard of and it has comepletely ruined the game hell in most cases it was my team that had the AI commander i mean if u can win a match with the AI on ur side that should be an achievement but no instead what ubisoft is saying is that when u see ur playing with or against an AI u might as well quit because uve got nothing to gain and evetything to lose u can lost units forever but u cant get money or promotions and that there friends is bull beyond beliefe and the fact that u cant have a persistant battallion offline in skirmish mode is also bull n skirmish is the only mode i will play until there is something done about this issue im sick of my units being able to get kia'd but not promoted it is not fair the money me personally i dont give a load about cause i have over 8 mill in reserves but i have lost hardened units and i have been withheld from 1star units and command vehicle promotions and other units so much i have it in my mind to tell everyone i know NOT to buy this game and im almost to the point of returning the game and getting 20$ for the game and putting that 20$ towards another game ANY OTHER GAME unless something is done cause this is bull

Basically everytime the enemy quit, we haven't been getting out credits at the end. Its pathetic.
