When game attempts to load, I get a EndWar Error: Lighting buffer does not support framebuffer blending!

I'm running with an ATI Radeon 9550
WinXP Service Pack 2

Any suggestions on getting around this error???

Your video card is too old, it doesn't have the hardware shader 3.0 support the game needs, time for an upgrade.
