Played a match yesterday. Theater of War. Lasted 7 minutes, then the enemy logged off because they were losing.
Looked at the command rating: 100%!
Didn't see any medals... when do I get the Napoleon achievement?

Exact same thing happend to me, the match was couple miuntes in, I'd have taken out 5-6 units without a causualty, so he left. I got 100% CR rating. The win did not count, nor did I get the medal. You most likely were not given the deserved win aswell. Just get a friend to get riflemen and run to the opisite side of the map, then art to get blow em up. Easy medal.
I might be wrong but I think you need to finish the match without anyone leaving. I got it during a siege match, I was defending, opponent didn't do anything besides round up his units at his landing site so....defcon came around and I nuked him...and then it was over.

Yea you have to have both comand and mobility 100% its hard but keep on the move dont leave units just sitting down the back doing nothing and you will get it no probs.

Its immpossibe to get a 100% command rating with out getting a 100% mobility and 100% combat. The achievment is for command rating. and yes no one can leave
A large majority of the people cannot be reasoned with logically. I find it less angering to accept that it's not that you cannot make them understand, but that they do not have the ability to understand.
Easy medal.
