I've updated the Xbox Endwar this morning and I can't secure uplinks.

Here's the Scenario:
I was JSF vs SGB in Grissom today. Late in the game I push fwd to secure the remaining two uplinks, Delta and Alpha. I'm on my way to Delta but when I tell my riflemen to Secure Alpha he won't go in. Alpha was not shelled by Artillery and was upgraded in SGB's favor and the timer was ticking down.

Another scenario
I was JSF vs EFEC in Arrribba (sp?) and EFEC's Delta was WMD by EFEC because I was capturing it. I send my second Riflemen to capture it, no problem, but it just stayed outside of the uplink.

WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?! THE PATCH IS WORSE THAN BEFORE!!!

Even if they shell and destroy an uplink, it my understanding that you can still secure it... you just can't upgrade it. This has also happend to me a number of times. I tell my rifleman to secure an uplink that is destroyed, and they just run away and take cover.
Also, another glitch that is present is that rifleman refuse to garrison fire on units in forests even when they are in their LOS. They can clearly see the unit, and the command to garrison fire is there, yet they still don't fire when I give the order.
Speaking of garrisons... A third glitch that has happend to me twice already is that sometimes rifleman get caught in garrisoned buildings and just remain idle. Its like they are caught underneath the parameters of the map and do nothing. By the way, this is Xbox I am talking about.

Riflemen also occasionally become invisible after exiting a structure, and when they do, their evac chopper gets stuck and does not leave the field
