Hi,I finally found out a way to launch the game on Vista,even 64 bit.Just go to sound settings,and disable all sound devices except the one u r using to playback sounds. Then, click on Configure and find Quality settings,switch it tto CD-Quality. Double click on Endwar icon and enjoy!
