"your local network connection is not available,please try again later".just thought i would post this in case any one eles is haveing this when they try to login.i have a belkin router and i am able to log in once then after that i get the above message.i have found out that it does some thing to my belkin router and if i unplug it and plug it back in i am able to log in again.only thing is you keep haveing to do this every time :-/

allso found out that it makes me unable to log into games for windows live to.so have to reset the router if i played end war befor trying to log in.

Personally, I think it's just your router because recently I've been having the same issue and I have a Belkin.

I have the same problem but I run with a d-link router. I haven't been able to play online at all and for some reason ubisofts help link is permanently in french for me.. Also, even if you change your cd-key (Thought maybe the 0 was an o) you get the same message.. Thought that was weak, not letting you know if your key is valid.
