Hello i have a problem, if i try to log in to ToW i just get Invalid usernamn or password, what can be the problem?

i keep getting the same message also ive chck my internet my firewall everything give the game full access to the internet and it still keeps coming up with invalid user name /password but some how i seem to be logged in on here ...

ive opend up all the ports my internet connection is fine ive clearly got an account...and my pc can handle the game fine but i still cant get online with it some 1 please throw us some information on this probly or tell us a way to resolve this issue plz
