So I bought this game off of steam and finished downloading today, and I went to play with my friend, and the lag was absolutely unbearable. For some reason, all the units on the screen were only moving every other second, making it take forever to get anywhere. I tried playing single player, and it played just fine. I also tried to play via Hamachi LAN with my buddy, and the same problem came up. Anybody have the same issue and/or have a fix?

When I did play, I made sure that no programs were hogging my bandwidth, and i have a 1.2 megabit connection, so I dont see why I am having such problems. My friend suggested that the game is just so new that there aren't a lot of servers over here on the west coast, but i dont know.

i encountered the same problems.
My PC is able to run the game in singleplayer on the highest settings (yeah ^^) - but online, it is just laggy. It doesn't really matter against whom i am playing (i "tried out" playing against different friends using skirmish) - but the game is unplayable.

After some time trying around (together with a friend) we figured out, if we both are looking at the same area (or better said: if our cameras are in the same area) it starts lagging heavily.

i just dont know what to do.
in sp there are no problems, neither i have some nor my friend, but we more or less can't play online cause of that ****ing lags.

this HAVE TO BE FIXED ... whatever the problem is.
