This problem with units not getting promoted is getting a little old. It was probably 5 days ago when I first noticed that promotions weren't being saved.

I thought it'd be fine considering we'd get some sort of bandaid like 1.5 million CR and free promotion. But, come on, it's been almost a week.

I dug through the threads on here. Every other post is on the subject. I don't understand how things aren't fixed yet. I play this game b/c I'm addicted the persistent aspect of the game. It's becoming stale and boring.

The funny thing is that I saw a developer respond on Thursday saying they collected posts on the matter and told the dev team. Fine, problem solved. Nope. A day later, the same person replies reminding us that games lasting less than 3 minutes don't count. That's it? Is there another post that suggested things are being worked on that I'm just not seeing?

Is there light at the end of the tunnel? Any updates? Anything we can look forward to?

As I'm writing this, I'm in a 2v2 match with a buddy. We're waiting for 2 JSF players. A third SPZ player joins our game, on our side. Eventually, a JSF joins and the game starts with the 4 of us and an AI commander. Really now... come on.

Our team is still looking into it. Also, we're on Shanghai time here so there is a time delay. Plus, Thursday for you is Friday for us which means when the weekend came everyone went home. It's now Monday morning here and everyone is on this trying to work out a fix.
