I've noticed this too, however when a match ends and you can float around the battlefield if you choose, they turn off. Suddenly my game is running so much better. Maybe this is also chalked up to no CPU time being used on AI or the like, but I really think if turning off motion blur and other postprocessing effects was actually... working in that it actually turns them off... my game might actually run that much better. I can even see my FPS drop when I move the camera around as the quite unnecessary motion blur fizzles up the screen.
I tried to forcefully remove the motion blur by editting config files, but I ended up just screwing it up entirely. I'd like some help on this matter. |
