units aren't getting promoted on pascagoula

No units are getting promoted anywhere. I have an elite artillery that was promoted to legendary twice and it didn't stick.

Yeah i posted this at around 7:30 am EST today ----> http://forums.ubi.com/eve/foru...1018207/m/5621007327 it started around 6:30 a.m. for me and it is still going on now around 5:00 pm (and no i haven't been playing this whole time haha) but i'm done playing until i hear / see this problem is fixed because it's super annoying.

This is still going on...bugger..just when th EEFC actually play on some other maps.

I spoke with Ubisoft technical support today, and they basically told me that the problem needs to be reported to Xbox Live support, rather than to Ubisoft. I then spoke with Xbox Live support, and they claim that mine is the first and only report of this problem, so folks need to start opening trouble tickets with the Xbox Live support folks if they want this problem resolved.

Like many people, I'm experiencing ongoing failures to promote certain units. For example, my command vehicle is repeatedly promoted, but never shows above two chevrons in the barracks or on the battlefield. Weirdly, it seems that the promotions are still tracked in the after-action stats reports, but are inaccessible everywhere else.

If you have experienced this problem, please help stamp it out by calling 1-800-4MY-XBOX and letting them know exactly how widespread this issue really is.

ok if its xbox lives fault then why doesnt ubi come on these forums and tell all the angery. people. so then they go complain to microsoft

Heard they're trying to pin it on sony as well.

UBI needs to man up and say they F-ed it up and dont know how 2 fix it this is bull i lost my 2 star tanks right be for they started this and it is gitting old fast.

this is taking the **** now as thier is no point in playing.1 my units ain't ranking up 2 no1's units can be killed off.

okay i have been having this problem for a while and you know when i pay money to ubisoft/psn for expansion packs for unit upgrades and can't even use them it makes me mad wen im geting the CR for the upgrades but cannot use them it ****es me right th F*** OFF come on ive been unable to use my expansion packs since ive bought them you'd think id get more support for my game maybe do something about it like soon caus ive lost all my veteran units anb all i have left is B***H A*S recruits i play TOW every day from lunchtime to cease fire at night
