UBI - thanks for hard work. Although it was frustrating for everyone...I for one am appreciative of the efforts to resolve the issue.

Now for the rest of you complainers still whining about issue. Get over it. You have NO IDEA how difficult it is to find, fix, and release new patches for any software. They are 100% correct that the problem needs to be replicated first (they have to know what the program is doing first), and then a fix gets put in place...then tested (the most imporatant step) before it is released. Last week they find the issue, and now it is fixed? Whether you like it or not...that is a very quick turn around. It could have been a lot worse, i.e. Madden and the freezing glitch that took 2 MONTHS to fix (and it was for offline play - so the game was virtually unplayable). We can either live with the fact that there will be issues, and continue to play. Or you can go get some tampons, dry your tears, and go play COD...or worse...never play an online game again. Anytime a game goes online, all sorts of unforseeable things can happen. Stop crying already. My 4 and 2 year olds are more mature than most people on these boards lately.

The two month problem with Madden should have been avoided. Most people know better than to buy any EA game.

I can't speak to PSN, but the other thing is any DLC (patches/fixes included) on LIVE must also go through a MS review -

my units aren't getting promoted. it saids unit one promoted at the end of the game. then i go to my barracks and it isn't promoted.

It does seem to happen occasionally still, but of the 6 units I've had promote, 2 others didn't. Not nearly as bad as never. :-D

In my last 3 games I have not received money, and my units that were killed turned out to be alive after each game.

I'm still experiencing the problem, is there any update on it?

It comes and goes sometimes it dont sometimes it does lost like 300k that was all but when you are talking about 30k on a battlt it sucks.

I am soooo perturbed at the countless issues with this game.

It was doing just fine, till you changed to 4 vs 4.

That would of been nice, however, it took forever to get a game.

There should be a room that we can all get together and maybe pick teams, or see who is online to play and be a possible partner.

Why are there so many disconnects during the game...then the game doesn't count, you don't get any money, and you don't XP points...doesn't make sense..

You should be able to see the other players rank in the game room prior to the game...this could be helpful...or when you look to compare games.

Why now that you fixed the three minute issue, promoted the units, the last three days I have lost a majority of the units, and no xp, and after many games over many hours, over many days, I am not getting any promotions and or any xp, however, when the units die, they die..

I am missing several elites that I never used, I had an elite for each unit, I had worked soooo hard for...

Please, Please, Please fix this issue....

I will not play this game and will tell all others not to play till someone emails me that this issue has been fixed, and my units are there and I do not need any more money, I have been a 12 on and off for the last 7 times now, I have 50,000 for the last several weeks, I have purchased all the packs and it just doesnt make sense that I have spent over the amount of money for the game, then the two upgrades, and still....I have all this money and can't even use it...

WTF????
