It's Monday morning here in Shanghai and our test team has been looking into the issue. When we first saw this last week we thought it was an issue with how things were being reported to the server. However, looks like this is something else as the issue is continuing.
We suspect that something happened when we started up the new 3-minute rule change and are looking into it. I'll report any news to you guys as soon as I get it.
so i take it your fixing the ranks and win loss thing because its messing with my ranking cause i cant win much with all recruits and i cant use my DLC stuff i bought because i cant win and i don't have the rank for my units
There was a post made on Friday (Shanghai time) when we thought the issue was caused by something else. It's now Monday morning and we're doing all we can to get it resolved as quickly as possible.
The test teams have successfully recreated the problem. That's one step down. Now we have to figure out exactly why it's happening and create a fix, then test the fix and then find out when we can get it up. Again, I will continue to post updates as soon as I get them from the team.

Oh I see, its in a different forum. Could you make a similar copy on the discussion forums? That is where people complain the most and I think it will quell some anger on this issue.
I will begin playing again once this problem is solved, so hopefully when i wake up tomorrow and you guys are going to bed in Shanghai, The problem will be fixed.
I've asked for an update on the timing of a fix. FYI - we've managed to recreate the problem here in our labs on the PS3 version as well, so that's another step down.
If its from the 3 minute changes you've added why not remove them until you can lab the issue out? I'd rathe get stiff of afew matches and get rank rather then not. Your posts seem to imply it was your updating, and about the time you posts mention these changes these problems came about...
I dont understand why we are thanking them? It took 2 days for them to even acknowledge that they knew there was a problem. They dont work weekends? why not? I dont work weekends either, but if there is a problem i still have to go in and take care of it. Im glad that they finally let us know that they are working on the problem. But they had 2 days to let us know that they knew there a probelm. Its monday there at work now. Just goes to show ya that they only check these forum when they are getting paid to do it. Im certainly not going to thank them.
i know its all great that ubi or who it is that is trying to fix all this is but you all know its gonna be another like week before they even fix it so your all getting super happy about somehting you cant even have...but since the euro's are almost to moscow we wont have promotions when we get there how nice right...hope your all still happy
