I am unable to use the 6 upgrades available in the Faction Elite Pack. I downloaded it and whenever I go into ToW or Campaign it says that the download is corrupt and I need to redownload it. I have done this several time and it still does not fix the issue.

I do actually have the 3 special units from the pack and use them for both campaign and ToW (Alpha Brigade on ToW), but, as I said, the upgrade won't show up.

Anyway to get this fixed?

I would try uninstalling the game from your HD then reinstall and download, could be part of the game installation that is actually corrupt.
