seems to me that most of the boards (at least lately because 1 side has both supports vs none for the invading)seem to have both supports and that those supports are just too powerful?

I think everyone would have more fun if we could somehow make the supports a little less vital. Possible solution to try? How about make the uplinks about 200% eassier to destroy? That way you can strategically remove them faster?

Just a thought. That being said, when 1 side has air strikes and the other force recon things are obviously more equal. Smile

Im inclined to agree with you or make them less reliable.

Of course supports are supposed to be powerful and game changers, otherwise what would be the point of bothering with the bases?

It's your own fault if you let a support spammer beat you.

You should be knocking out his uplinks or if you're good, take them for yourself.

I've never had as much fun in End War as I do on Rondane when I snag all of the uplinks from behind the massive SGB armored column.

It's amazing what 1 engineer, 1 chopper, and 2 artillery can do that initial rush.

I usually lose the artillery and the chopper and the engineers need to be evacuated, but what's great is that that SGB column is decimated and now has to contend with relentless EMP, and my units that snuck behind them. And since they don't have any uplinks, they don't get any CP. Very fun!

Irregardless of what secret tactics someone might have, the stats say everything. There are some maps where is is consistently in favor of the side with air support to the ration of 7:3 victories. Its not even competitive.

So far no one, NO ONE in this forum has been willing to share a replay about how they defeated an air supported opponent on the harder maps with average units, against a competent defense, it still makes the game in general lopsided.
