I just recently got my hands on EndWar, however, once I try starting up the setup program it brings up an error which tells me that the application does not work with 64 bit.
I tried right clicking and running it in XP compatibable mode or whatever it's called, but no luck. I'm running Vista, any help would be appreciated. |

I can't really help but it does run *almost* fine on my Windows XP x64. So the platform isn't the problem.

There are some issues with EndWar PC running on a 64-bit OS. The team is working on a fix.

I'm running Vista Home Premium x64, 8GB ram, and an AM2 cpu.
I still can't get this game to install. Turned off antivirus and ran as admin. Is Ubi aware of this issue? Do they plan on fixing it or refunding the purchase price for a game that doesn't work? |

I had the same problem. I installed into a directory called UBISOFT on the C: drive--not into the default program directory. Also I did not run as admin nor in compatibly mode. It worked for me. Be sure you have the latest Video drivers installed.
Hope this helps (forget about any help from UBI as their "support" consists of arrogant, neglect.) |
