I just got this game as a present, and it's really running slow. The problem might be that our computer has a Athlon 64 X2 Duel Core 5000 processor. The game calls for a 6000+ processor. Any hope of this game running smoothly or are there updates, etc. that I can plug in.

Well try running it on the lowest specs to try increase the speed.
