The point of punishing dashboarders is to credit them with a loss the moment they dashboard, regardless of the amount of time they spend in the match. No dashboard stays in a match longer than 3:00, so how is this new patch expected to punish dashboarders if they continue to quit before the 3 minute mark, as they normally do!?

Not sure. Someone might have thought I just dashboarded - but the glitched up EndWar froze on me during a game just now.

Doing what you're proposing would render the 3 min rule useless. it was created to curb cheating but if they do it your way, then the cheaters can just dashboard to rack up losses. |

People who pull the exploit on me are always at the very end of match right before they would loose, fortunately though the last two times I wasn't robbed of credit and promos like normal.
That being said the 3 minute rule needs to be completely thrown out the window, slowing the original form of cheating down is not worth the new form that was created by the rule. |

The 3 min exploit is not that bad if the quitters get a loss...which they do. Its exactly the same, you get money and rank plus they get a loss. what more do you want? the only difference is that it doesn't count for tow.

I want it to count for ToW when I get a good start, he sees that and leaves at 2:50. |

I just got dashboarded by an enemy during a 5-minute long battle. i didnt receive my money, nor did i receive my unit promotions, but i got credit for the win in my leaderboards and in my barracks tracker
but my individual units did not receive credit for the enemies they defeated regardless, ubisoft owes me! if a player does not complete a battle for some reason, disconnect, dashboard, abort, or otherwise, it should be counted as a loss for that player, the remaining player should get the victory, the money, the promotions, the works why the hell am i not being paid, nor was i promoted? -- EA Apologizes Ubisoft Shanghai's Mailing Address Shanghai (Studio) 13F & 15F, The Center 989 Chang Le Road Shanghai 200031 Tel: +86 21 5407 5666 Fax: +86 21 5407 5156 |
