I read somewhere a while ago, that when your with your squad and say one of them die, in the next mission they just reapear. so By the end of the game its like noone dies. If thats true who else agrees that really stupid. Your fellow soldiers should be dying just as much or more than the germans. THAt would be authentic

I'm sure that some of our men are going to die. It will probably be like the last games where if a soldier dies who shouldn't in the story, he will be there in the next mission. But people will still die as part of the story. It might say something among the lines of what Earned in Blood had, "Your victory was earned in blood. Some characters died who shouldn't have. Continue game with no penalty or restart mission?"

I totally agree with you Freeman.

The are some inportant characters that have a story line in the game.Like Legget and Allen and Garnett.if you look at Hartsock for example you see him apeare in the tihrd level of RTH30 but what we diden't knew up then that he had a other vieuw of the war, and that became EIB. Ofcourse there are some charecters that are there just to fill up the space that other guy's left out. we have replacements and all but i hope that they stick around till Bastogne or even further.

But for the majoraty if a character die. He just appear in the next mission.You have to remember that THIS IS a game after all,and that it is just a computer game.Don't take it to personlly .

Oh i know what u guys mean, good points, and Im still buying game. But just the thought of the game like, every level the guys who died come back its just kinda i dont know.. it takes away from the realism

my great uncle died from shrapnel in that battle..

But yeah... the story is told from bakers point of view- not ours. its his battle, his mistakes, his losses

ehm.....BillyBigBalls.... i'm still here. look at my account's name. the avatar means MOPAR.just like me accounts name that i used before. the only reason why i had to chage my account's name was becuase i coulden't get into my old name, Freeman had the same problem. His previous account's name was Mattfro..And i'm sorry to say this Billy, but i already knew that UBi was makeing a sequal. Called Brothers in arms frozen Fortress or somethins in that matter. i'm also a member on the German forums and they are up for it too also.

And that we see the devestating world trough the eye's of Baker was well know when the HH story lin was annouced. No heart feelings. And i'm sorry that your uncle died in that battle,you have my simpathy. My famaly fought against each other in that decade, but 6 years later they fought with each other in Korea.
