I have been spinning my wheels on "The Apartment" for a while now.

For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to find Franky while not getting burned alive.

Has anyone survived this?

I just ran for it where I didn't see any fire but the longer you're in there you will die.

Basicallly just run but you do have to vault over a barier so be careful.

Go thru the hallway thru the next room turn left look for the ramp to go up then throu the window

This might help. First, you must run every chance you get. Run up the stairs, to the corner, then right. Squat down and go under. Go right throught the wall (again Squat). Then right into a room. Then left into a small room. if need be a slight rest can happen to gain health. Into the next room take a left, at this point hurry and line yourself up with the ramp, RUN to the very end (window) the game will take over after that. Good luck!
