HAHAHAHA Hunger strike!! lol if we did that we would all starve to death long before this game or any info about it came out! oh man thats classic.

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. What? What! I just woke up from a nightmare - I dreamt that Call of Duty 2 and COD 3 as well as GRAW and GRAW 2 were released for the 360 before a single Brother's in Arms title. Thank goodness I awoke from that ... What do you mean I wasn't dreaming?

How can a company that met with such success in their last two releases allow so much time to pass before their next release, while the closest competition (COD) keeps rolling out the titles?
Worse, they have kept pushing back release dates, provided only a handful of screenshots, and released one (although good) trailer.
It is either going to be one heck of a game, or someone at Gearbox is asleep at the switch.

Full disclosure - I work for a telecom company, not a book publisher. Now that's out of the way:

While we're waiting for the next BIA release, there are a couple very cool books on World War II tactics and one covering the Hell's Highway scenario that are worth a look.

The books are published by Osprey Publishing and because BIA is much more about realism than any of the other WWII FPS, they provide a better understanding of the game tactics.

- World War II Airborne Warfare Tactics
- Arnhem 1944 - Operation 'Market Garden'
