I have noticed that there is a new Regulation out in japan and that XBL players have this but not the PSN players.

Might it just take a little bit of time to update the Regulation for the PS3 or will the playstation users suffer the same fate as AC4 where new regulations were never added?

Yeah, i emailed them about this. They replied they handle technical difficulties in running or installing ubisoft games and their invited me to visit their forum. guess we are screwed once more.

I personally hate it. It slows EVERYTHING down and requires me to put 5 extra hours of work into building any kind of AC then normal. When I built Nexts on 1.20 I had no problem finding the parts I liked and throwing them on a mech but when I use 1.30 it seems impossible to get an Efficient Energy Level and Agility on a Middle Weight class mech. And I always get crap from the Hardcore gamers online who whine if its not 1.30 >,O
