Hi, could anyone post some pics of the 101st paratroopers waiting for the jump at June 5th? waiting outside the C47

I would really want to have the full picture of WE_STAND_ALONEs signature if anyone could find it.

if my memory serves me right, that photo is on a place called greenham common in newbury uk. i live in southampton maybe 30 mins drive from there..always been meaning to check it out.

Lots of books say Ike is saying "Full victory, and nothing less!" but the ones in that picture, particularlly Stroble (not SOble) in the middle said he was speaking to him about fishing in Michigan (I belive thats where Mr. Stroble is from) and Ike said "Hmm, michigan, good fishing up there" or something to that effect

I did a half-year long research project on D-Day a few years ago, so I went back to some of the websites I used to do my research. I probably have it saved somewhere, but I didn't want to search through that labrynth I like to call "my documents".
