Playing the PC version.

In single player members of my ghost team keep getting stuck behind buildings and not responding to commands. When I go over I find them bent backwards pointing into the sky. I can usually unfreeze them by walking up and pushing them away from the building, but this has caused the game to crash (unfortunately I haven't kept the logs) and I have noticed wierd behaviour subsequently, such as my freed sniper never getting out of crouch and switching back to his rifle?

Anyone else getting this?
