OK, I have posted regarding the PhysX driver issue with version 7.06.25 which installs fine but PhysX card does not function when this driver is installed.
I am posting here because there is no place else to turn Ageia is useless and BFG says that Ageia has to fix the issue.
I want to update to the latest driver version for performance increase the new version is 7.07.24 and again same issue installs fine but does not work with any games that support PhysX.
All drivers are current and updates for windows as well and I use Vista64 which clearly states that this driver is compatible with.
Since Ageia changed the drivers for the PCI-E version starting at 7.06.24 it has caused a major issue with my Regular PCI card in device manager says I have a PhysX series100 PCI Card with the 7.06.24 and 7.07.24 installed and it malfunctions my physX card to where it will not work with any games.
Now if I install the PhysX drivers that came with the Demo they work A-Ok and show up in Device manager as Ageia PhysX PCI card. No mention of 100 series at all.
I even went as far as cleaning out anything on my pc that had Ageia or PhysX in the Registry and all then did a driver install again only to get the same issue.
I would like to use newer driver for the performance increase in GRAW2 as the Driver FAQ states but since the newer drivers DO NOT work at all I would like to see if there is any way the team could look into this issue and maybe get this resolved.
