I am unable to reach the autorun menu (and in event can't install the game) because when I try an alert box comes up that states "This application requires an Xtra (Animation Flash...) that either does not exist or failed to initialize properly. Please make sure the appropriate Xtras are in the Xtras folder(s)."

I have to tried to install it just by running the setup.exe file by exploring the disc, but it will start installing and come up with an error message labeled "Feature Transfer Error" that says
"Feature: EFIGS
Component:
File:
Error: Catastrophic failure"

Any suggestions?

After a few more tries (disc cleaning and just simply trying again), I've gotten the autorun to work but the install gives me an quick error before the installshield window opens up that says:

"An error (-5006: 0x8000ffff) has occurred while running the setup.

Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications.
