For some reason I can't do certain things when I play this game and it may be because I use Vista
Problem is, when I hold "F" key, I can see my weapons, and I move mouse wheel up and down but nothing happens so I can't change my weapons
Also, F1 F2 F3... keys don't work either and all I can order my guys is to move, no attack, and stuff
Same thing with the little box with order options, I can't scroll down and up, so only thing I can order is move, which is the first option on top
So... any ideas??

You can remap your keys in the game settings.

If you use key pad software you may have to create a profile for the game.

I am having this exact same problem.
I am running the GRAW that came free with my Asus Striker Extreme motherboard. Initially the scroll wheel did work - to a degree. The F keys have never worked. The scroll whell now also does nothing, consequently the only order I can give is Move as it's top of the list. I've tried remapping but this seems to cause more problems that fix.

Any ideas would be greatly welcome.

I should add I'm running WinXP Pro SP2 on a Quad Q6600, 4gig RAM, 512 8800GT and using a 3 button mouse with scroll wheel.

The scroll wheel has NO effect so I can't change weapons and am thus stuck against a tank.
