after installing the game, the GRAW2 splash screen comes up and the status bar moves only about 25% of the way across before the program stops responding and the OS freezes.
I'm running Xp pro SP2
ATI x1950xt driver 7.7
GRAW2 v1.2

I have the same problem, We need to find out or if you do, How to completely remove the game and any folders that were part of the install like in app data, I have the Digital download ver and the game was running great and then I installed DVD SANTA and it stopped working I also had NERO on so I took off all my CD/DVD software and uninstalled the game and all demos of the game and reinstalled it and even did a system restore and still no help, there is something that I am missing on the uninstall that will fix this problem I am almost 100% sure, I tried the ASK A QUESTION and suppport and that is a waste of time, I tried to send a question about 20 times and it never goes through, after about 2 mins of waiting it says server not found and it does this on all 3 of my computers and all are on own IP's, but anyway here are my specs

wallrunnem15 I narrowed it down to 3 updates and ran out of time i have to go but the updates are Security updates for XP pro #'s are KB921503, KB936021, KB938127 so if you delete thease updates just go to ADD REMOVE PROGRAMS and at top put check in show updates and look for the ones i have listed and delete them and then reinstall untill game doesn't work again and that that one back out and you will know which it is, It should work for you seeing that I had the exact same problem with mine
Good Luck and hope this helped.
