Crash in application version: 30621.2989

Failed setting up render device.

Renderer: normal
Physics : threaded

I have tried everything posted here about this problem but nothing works. I have also noticed that there have been post about this problem for over a year. Is UBI going to do a patch sometime soon? I'm about to just say screw UBI and find another FPS to play.
Just FYI I did the systems test and my PC passed everything and then some so Mem is not a problem. 2.2Gigs of ram and 256meg of video mem using a raedon 1300/1500 card.

Here is what I did to make it work.
I removed the latest video drivers for my Raedon 1300/1500 vid card, reinstalled DirectX 9.0c.
Then I removed both games, GRAW & GRAW2 and reinstalled them doing GRAW first then GRAW2.

I then started each game and it worked.
Oh, BTW, After installing GRAW2 my first GRAW would not work. It displayed the same error when loading! That's where I got the idea to delete everything involved and start over.
I hope this helps anyone who has the same error.
