I just made a ubi account and trying to login to the ask questions section of the Ubi support page but everytime I try to log in it says "The site encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later or contact us if the problem persists." It's been like this for days now, my friend said that his old account logged in fine but he created another one just a minute ago and now gets the same error on the new account.
