I am personally having Multiplayer problems, it wont get past the connecting to server! (which the discussion below is all about as well!!)

I am having exactly the same problem, not getting past the waiting to connect screen when trying to join RVSA games. I had no problems before patch.
Yeah, im having the same problem, but there are a number of aspects that could be effecting you. You've probably tried them but just incase, here goes lol.
Make sure your firewall has GRAW2 set as an exception.
If you type your ip address into the URL of your internet browser, it should redirect you to your internet box router, if you know your password to get into it, login, and make sure that your IP address is put into the box which allows you to bypass the default firewall. (sorry i can't remember the name of the side link to get you to it, so just try lol)
Some people claim that repetetive computer restarting and connection attempts help, but it didn't for me lol.
