hey you guys i finished this video just the other day its 22min long and covers bombsight table 2,key commands and then i do a few drops over a enemy airfield and then drop the rest over a big enemy convoy if you are not into bombing then its a boring video so doin't say i did not warn you but it can be very helpfull for somebody that wants to do level bombing took me awhile to find a website that i cold host it on so let me know if it works.

I managed to get some time to watch this.

I've never tried dropping manually at an angle so was interested. Too bad you couldn't show the bombsight table working in the video.

I'll stick to the automatic dropping and the tracking method, but I guess everyone has their own preference.

glad to see you using BT2 for level bombing as it works perfect. This method is very usefull and much more user friendly that auto BS operation. Easily learned too.

What you didn't mantione however, is BT2's offset. For a B-25 like in your video it changes with altitude.

I did a manual on that specific method a year ago - DL it from my signature. You will find offsets for all bombers in IL2 there.


I've been working on version 2.0 for last month or so, so stay tuned for the release. It should be out in a month or so, depending on my spare time.

i think you mean like half degrees right? like if you have a number thats 30.45 you would -2 but you drop a little early to allow for that .45 think that is what you are talking about.
