Just like to say thanks to Joe-90 for the guide.
It took a while and its getting late now but I have finally managed to get video and audio, compress a file and get it online.

Its just a fun thing to do, whether or not anyone is interested in watching them!

I watched the video and for a first effort I wasn't disappointed.
It is a whole lot more than I can do at this point.

The sim has several aspects to enjoy, you are adding one more to your list.

Yes it seems like it should be simple but it is actually far from it and quite involved. I'm talking about just getting the raw footage sorted without even starting to get in to making a proper movie.
Now I have got the process nailed and have got the bug who knows what might be possible.

I'm off to buy FRAPS now, I could easily get hooked on this.

Of course it isn't a movie. Its thirty seconds of gun cam footage (not even of good shooting!) that I put online just as a trial run to get the process tested and check if people could see it.

The film looks promising.
If its a first effort then very well done.

A couple of small things I noticed: the initial flak bursts looked too red on my screen.
And you might want to change the December 2008 to "Spring 2009" if you're still working on it!

But good luck with it.
I wish I even new where to start with regards to camera angles and putting an action sequence together.

Thanks for the encouragement guys, I have a few Ideas but they are more like dreams at the moment as I;ve so much on my plate and I think a decent Flight Sim Movie would take months out of my life. I've a friend who has made a few short (real life) movies and he knows quite a lot about editing and audio and stuff so I'm trying to get him involved!
