First off i personally get tired of reading subtitles. Also, i like the english voices better because i can distinguish the different characters. The japanese ones seemall alike to me.

Now in the broader spectrum, u got to understand that most kids have started watching naruto in english. For some kids the english actors MAKE the character. If they hear some random japanese person speaking it's going to completely throw them off.

Someone mentioned sumthin bout Europes release and subtitles for them or sumthin but most people in Europe know multiple languages. Usually Including English, not Japanese.

Finnaly, by having japanese voices it adds a certain feeling to the game which would make it seem foregn. This would bother some people (like me). Not that im racist but it feels like the game wasn't made for ME. Which is the way people should feel.

I agree with everything (except the whole made for me thing, i play a lot of foreign games so i really dont care)it sounds to me that im not the only one tired of hearing people complain about english voice actors(most people dont even understand the language anyway so the could be terrible and they just dont know it, yet they still complain) But I guess if i play through a second time i may use the subtitles(just because I've done it this far why not finish with them)

I would love to see the Japanese voice overs as at least an option. I personally can't stand the English voice overs would like to see them not even put in the game( my opinion only). That being said what I've seen of the game is great. If the game comes with the Japanese voices I'll buy on th e first day it is out. Wink If its only in English I'll be just renting it. Frown

i think it should have both options. if we limit it to one, like japanese, it will be a big turn off for most people.....

i think thats what they plan on doing...there is no way(at least i hope not) they will release this with only japanese voices, many people watch naruto only in english so it would be a turn off, and for those that just like the gameplay style would avoid this game also.

people keep over exsagurating the english isnt that bad but the japanese verzion does gives it a bit more feel and meaning by the tone of voice they speak in so to make every one happy they should just make it both everbody can agree with that.I'd also like to see a bleach game from them and make it like complete free roam and free roam for 2nd naruto game Too Happy

I prefer japanese version. Because, if u think twice, would u bear to hear Sasuke shout at Naruto "Thousand Bird" instead of Chidori. It sound funny when we hear english version jutsu name. One more thing, do u like to hear Mass Shadow Clone Technique instead of saying Tajyuu Kage Bunshin No Jutsu. I think it sound suck in English version

why did you dig this old *** topic from last year up TyrantHydra? This game has been out for over a year and we all know it has both English and Japanese. Let these topics die in peace.

Now, I don't wanna sound like a Narutard (but I am already one, so meh. ^_^) but when i got the game, I was so afried that it would only be dubbed.
Now; I may be a Narutard (^_^) but I don't blow my head off if I can't hear the orginal Japnaese cast. If I have to listen to a dub, then I will. (But I will most likly be giggling through out. lol)
I'm glad that your able to download the soundtrak from XBobx LIVE, but to be honest, some of the dub is not all that bad. English Orochimaru, for exsample, was pretty cool. But I'd still go for the Japanese voices anyday, but like I said, I'm not gonna kill myself if I can't. lol
