Possible question?) I want to hear ubisoft plans to create the play Naruto on PC? If there is such information, that write its opinion please...

Sorry for the late reply.

There are no plans for a PC port of Naruto: Rise of a Ninja or Naruto: The Broken Bond. While Naruto is a hugely popular franchise, the majority of games are aimed at Consoles due to their fighting game based nature. Sorry to disappoint you with such news.

I have to agree. I just don't think it's possible to port it to PC becasue of the gameplay. Nobody like the PC control padds.
