Can the game rise of ninja be created for pc platform??Because in my country consoles are very expensive

ideas for a next Naruto Game:
Hundreads of hair styles to chose from,beard customization,eyebrow customization,lots of optins for face customization,lots of clothes to chose when you create a character,age,gender,weight,bloodline,fighting style,accesories.

The character can grow in weight or height in the game if its possible like in real life so the player choose the balance between training and eating.

the story must follow the series including shippuden

the NPC must have a close to reality life

posibility to pick your team and sensei.

Must be launch on all platforms including PC.

If this ideas sounds good put them forward to the Ubisoft Team.

OK, I see where you are coming from, but you know what us Narutards are like; If we get to choise our stats, then we'd f*** up the cannon. I mean, it's plain obvious what ablities poeple would take. There'd be thounsands of ninja's with both Sharingan and Byakugan kekki genki's who can use both Chidori and Rasengan and who can open all Inner Gates. And can you image Kage Bushin and Juuken at the same time?! o_O
