How is working this circle, When is small that's mean the submarine is close?

you follow the pings the faster the closer and the smaller the circle the closer and it's on the right side of the middle of the level

There is a big iceberg about middle of the map, it is to the right of the iceberg.

I can't use the flash weapon in the mission.
I get shot all the rimes and it doesn't work with me. Can some body help me. Please

You have to wait until all the red drops out of the meter then hit the flash. I found the best way was to just fly in a vertical loop over and over again flashing the Germans as soon as it was ready. They will eventually all crash into the ice.
