Bought the game 12/21/2008 and couldn't get it to play. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it 4 times but the last time when it asked me "if I wanted the latest patch downloaded" I clicked no. It works beautifully and with the 3D Pro. Thanks again to Triple_A for his tip to me.
