The book said (D) to activate Cowboy but I've tried and can't seem to make it work. I've tried d, D, ctrl D, everything I can think of. The icon for cowboy shows active but can't seem to send him out to do business. This is in the "Cairo" 3rd mission. Any suggestions would be greatfully accepted.
