Hi gang,

Just DVRed the World Championship Freerunning on G4. It was totally sick. Just wanted to know if anyone else cought it? sorry 11991 for not having G4 in the dorm Crying. I think it's probably on youtube. Fender, the Gussafson kid from Sweden was pretty sweet on his routine. As mentioned on an earlier thread, I hope there is some parkour in RS2. 11991 were blogging it earlier. Peace

I saw it,and its was awesome! But I didn't see it completely. What I could see was jaw dropping!!

Also on G4 is a japanese show called "Ninja Warrior", its an annual tournament with 4 devilishly crafted timed obstacle courses. Its awesome and funny to see the pathetic competitors lose on the first obstacle or slam their faces on the floor!!!Big Grin And there are American competitors who are some of the best. In 23 years only 2 people have done all 4 stages, so you root for your favorite. My man is Makoto Nagano, the latest champion, but I'm also rooting for Levi Mewenberg, The American Ninja.

I have watched Ninja Warrior a couple times and i agree with you. They should put more stuff like that on TV.

A wallrun slash would be cool, so would a springboard-jump (from Mirror's Edge) kill be, but it's a different game.
A little couldn't hurt tough...

RS2 should include a little bit of many kinds of awesomeness. I hope that Ubi will make all the right decisions in what to add or pass on.

Ninja Warrior for the win! That show has some of the best athletes I have ever seen. Another fun show from the land of the rising sun was called MXC. It was similar to Ninja Warrior in respect to an obsticle course, but it was more humor based. Most people wiped out or face planted. It was hysterical Too Happy

The Japanese shows that we are exposed to are always fun to watch and ninja warrior is awesome. Why can't we do that over here more often?

I saw something on tv here in Sweden that's called "MXC", I think it stood for "Most extreme elimination challenge", would be funny if there wasn't a damn annoying voice that was suppose to be a funny dub but it ruined the program....

Btw, soon I will loose my 300 post-virginity...any last messages?

"Tell me how it feels like", sorry can't do thatWink

Yeah, and when the competitors scream random things before trying the course like: "I"m wearing a diaper!" or "I don't kiss on the first date" with those goofy voices, tears fall from me laughing so hard. Plus the insane face-plants!Big Grin

Well, I don't like that kind of humor, It's not just fun to me and not so nice treatment of the Japaneese, what do you think, Bigburito and bimbo11991?

I think that those shows are way better than what we make over here, but sometimes they go a little too far in trying to make it funny. A little moderation never hurts. They do make me laugh, though.
