I've been following the game quite a bit but here are 2 things I haven't found yet.

1. Will the game feature online? I know JC originally wanted some kind of MMO and then he changed it to "epic multiplayer" game, and now I only see single player featured.

2. Will ubisoft release a demo before release date?

In answer to the first question, I can tell you that there will definitely be online multiplayer. I can offer no further specifics at this time, but Cameron's word is law here, so expect it to be "epic" for sure.

As far as a demo is concerned, we have nothing to announce at this time. We know that you want a demo and we are working to make this a possibility, but our chief focus is ensuring that the game is of the absolute best quality when released, so that takes precedence over every other endeavor.

The online is good to hear. I watched an interview with one of the devs and they said they were "looking into it" or something to that effect.

I take it that maybe the time to polish/build online playability is maybe not enough time to pack into release or something.

Hehehe, well Vovine, I can assure you that we are actually doing much more than "looking into it." It is a feature that we have been working on from the earliest stages. So, although I can't go into detail, rest assured that the game will include a robust online multiplayer component in addition to the multifaceted single player campaign.

Hey guys, I was very keen about this game until I read somewhere that it will be a 3rd person game....Is this true? Because I can't stand 3rd person view. The 3D aspect to this game is great to hear, however how awesome it would be to discover a whole new world in first person mode in 3D...That would be Wicked. So can someone tell me definitively if it will be 3rd person or 1st person view? 3rd person view I will pass......
