My laptop has fan problem, and Im shipping it back to HP to get it repaired. But I been playing rainbow six vegas 2, and I unlocked all the weapon and at high rank, aces, etc.

The HP is going to reformat my laptop, and they told me to backup the files. But I dont want to lose all the things I unlocked and my ranks in rsv2. Can someone tell me how to back rainbow six vegas 2 with all those unlocked items, weapons, aces, and rank.

in your Documents folder there is a folder that says "My Games".

Backup "my documents\my games\Ubisoft\R6Vegas2\ "

You don't have to backup any other of the game folders.
Just be careful when you reinstall. Make sure you install and re-update before you overwrite the new Ubisoft folder in your documents folder.

I have done this 3 times already and it works perfectly.
