I know tech support isn’t perfect and situations like the one you describe can be frustrating. All I can say is if that happens come to me in PT on the forums with the ticket number and I can take it directly to the tech support boss who can not only ensure your issue is addressed but take note that it wasn’t resolved appropriately to begin with

I could not agree more.

There has to be a better way to connect or UBI's gotta have a backup system for their servers.

I understand this way UBI avoids piracy by checking only registered game users can connect in MP.

But at least UBI should have a backup system of sorts, their servers keep failing every couple of weeks!
