normal for a console port to PC game. most of us get it or have had it. no real fix for it. could try and turn down graphic settings. it helped me some but still it eats up memory and crashes. especially if im hosting on the gaming machine

If you're running any kind of overclocking (GPU/CPU/RAM), then turn them down or to default values. I had loads of problems with a factory overclocked 8800GT and Vegas 2 until I underclocked it a bit. It might also be worth checking that your PSU is supplying enough juice...
