Hi, can anybody help me with this? I only want to host via the lobby server, not dedicated, yet every time I do - nobody can join.

I've tried countless times and it's always something like "can't establish connection to server".

I've opened and forwarded all of the relevant ports (bt homehub), but still nothing.

I can host via lan and using hamachi for coop, but that's as far as I've got.

Other than that, I have to join moronic servers where you get kicked for killing more than one person in a single life.

Please help.

If you have cable internet, try connection your computer directly to your modem.
That will eliminate any problem in router settings and help isolate the problem.

I wouldn't suggest hosting this way for long periods because you are eliminating your hardware firewall.

If you have DSL, that may or may not work.
Most DSL modems have built-in routers and many are hard to configure.

I do have DSL.
I bridge my modem and pass all control to the router.
That works if you can get it setup properly.
