I'll be hosting a coop server from start to finish. I'm currently reinstalling the game. It'll have no respawns, FF on, and I'm not sure on difficulty yet.

yeh why not, i have it installed complete with the map pack,having said that in in the uk btw i can remember the lag issues joining a game in the u.s,still we could give it a try if you are the other side of the pond
