So I just installed Vegas 2 and my graphics card can run it but I need to put it on low settings because its laggy and I find it hard to play.

You will never get good frame rates with that video card!

There are several decent cards available in the $100 range that will work.
Or $150 - $200 would be better yet and get you farther into the future of gaming.

It sounds like hes on a laptop, I don't know any motherboard to have the mobile intel chip in it for a desktop.
Could be wrong I guess, but anyway, anything along the lines of intel for gaming... you can forget it.

You are correct!
That does appear to be a laptop, so there is little that can be done to improve it.
