is it possible players use some kinda bot or appl that allows to shoot at random in the map without having to aim correctly and still getting instant kill, or sometimes ppl move in the middle of streets map, no hiddent at all , showing being a easy target but never get killed and the moment u shoot at the guy, some how he just saw u, he kills u in one shot and when u take the time to aim at that guy target is not hit 1/5. u can be good at sniping but ppl u cant be that good, some times its pure BS they tend to kill so fast or almost never get killed.

i dont get it, maybe u guys have an explaination to this.

I don't know if there is a cloaking cheat out there or not. I have played in rooms where someone has a weapon that is just pointed in one dirrection and it kills everything in sight. They are quite impressive too say the least.There is freaking lead flying every where. I have never set one up because it ruins the hunt for everyone else. But if you want to set one up you can find the cheat at www.megagames.com. But be prepared to not be welcome in many of the rooms.

There are hacks and cheats for this game.

You can eliminate some of that by playing only Punkbuster enabled servers.

The only way to eliminate all of the cheating is to host your own server with players you know.
(Then still run PB just to keep everyone honest)

You posted a link to a website that hosts cheats, and tries to infect its visitors with viruses.

Pack.Leader.X. You had to go back a ways to pull this one up. I know the website I passed on was for cheat codes. I had no idea it may be a host to viruses. Is this a proven fact? I thought I was very careful to explain these were cheat codes. And my last sentance kind of sums it up I think. I have read enough in here to know a cheater in clan games would be a real problem. I play Terrorist Hunt often and run into cheaters. Sometimes I will stay awhile just to watch the bullets fly. I do not cheat,and I do not condone cheaters. But lets face reality here. There are cheaters (the bumb ones get caught the smart ones keep on cheating). So if what you said about viruses is true I am sorry I passed it on. Good honest gaming to all.

Thats a good question. I'm fairly new at Vegas 2, but have noticed that while playing online, that there are guys who are not only making sniper like kills from the hip, but appear to be bullet proof. In defense of the guys who are just real good at the game there are quite a few.
I'd wager that the money spent on having a high end gaming rig, and a smoking fast connection will help you out a lot, but I have to agree that there are some players out there
that are kicking major *** simply because they found a way to hack around the normal game attributes.

I got yet another example of that today where I found a guy at spawn and started shooting at close range after he started moving.
4 headshots with blood flying at close range with a SPAS 12 and he was able to drop me with a short (2 or 3 round) burst. Shortly after that the same guy was busting my chops for crouching when I shot. I guess (as someone already mentioned) playing on a punkbuster enabled server can help. But you still have to consider how fast your computer and connection stack up against the "other guy"

That is the "spawn shield" you get when you spawn so that people can't spawn camp you and kill you immediately after spawing. Every player gets that upon spawn, and is not a cheat or mod.

O.K. that may answear that question,but brings up another. I play Terrorist Hunt online quite often. I have ran into the situation of unloading a lot (I mean a lot) of rounds from my MG36 at close range right in a perps face with the blood and gore flying just to have him dust me with a spas. Someone told me it is bullet lag. Is this fact or fiction? Or am I using rubber bullits? lol.......

It is latencey issues, AKA, lag. Basically, your position is not exactly the same as it is with the server due to slow packet transfer. Thus, you see yourself shooting a guy in the face, the server doesn't.

Good answers, and they are appreciated. But I'd still bet there are guys out there that have an edge from tweaks and hacks.....
